About This Role
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management primarily through Workday for APAC regions.
- Coordinate and oversee payroll operations including submission, approval, and reconciliation of payroll adjustments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Provide employee support via multiple communication channels and collaborate with Finance, People Business Partners, and other stakeholders on HR and payroll-related communications and requests.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Generalist, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Workday or comparable HRIS systems.
- Fluent English proficiency; located in India.
- Experience supporting payroll and employee benefits administration; knowledge of regional employment laws for India, Australia, or APAC is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with operational ownership of employee lifecycle processes and payroll management in multinational or multi-regional contexts.
- Capable of managing sensitive employee information accurately and maintaining compliance with regional laws and policies.
- Effective at coordinating across multiple cross-functional teams such as Finance, Payroll, IT, and People Business Partners under a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
