About This Role
- Supervise and coordinate beneficiary-facing movement operations activities across one or multiple countries, ensuring compliance with SOPs and program requirements.
- Oversee staff management functions including hiring, training, duty assignments, and performance feedback within the movement operations teams.
- Manage operational aspects such as transportation, provision of essentials, special needs support, and pre-departure formalities to ensure safe, timely, and efficient migrant movements.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: High school diploma with 7 years work experience OR Bachelor's degree in social science, International Relations, Regional Studies or related field with 5 years relevant experience.
- Experience Required: Prior Movement Operations or transportation-related management experience and experience supervising multiple teams.
- Experience handling complex cases and workflows, communication with beneficiaries and external partners, and operations in multiple countries in the region.
- Work Experience Required: At least 5 years relevant experience with Bachelor's degree; 7 years with high school diploma.
