About This Role
- Lead brokerage rate negotiations end-to-end, collaborating with external vendors and internal teams to deliver competitive pricing.
- Analyze market trends, client trading volumes, and market conditions to develop tailored fee proposals and optimize firm profitability.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to negotiation best practices, supporting continuous business improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in negotiation, sales, or relationship management within financial services; preferably FICC or Equities trading.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/MS Office and strong financial market knowledge.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years in relevant financial services negotiation or sales role.
