About This Role
- Monitor and maintain health and performance of Linux/Windows servers including uptime, CPU, memory, disk usage.
- Respond to level 1 support tickets, troubleshoot basic server, network, and application issues, and escalate as needed following SOPs.
- Assist with cloud environment operations such as VM provisioning, backup monitoring, and manage user accounts and access control across infrastructure layers.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or related domain.
- Basic knowledge required of Windows Server/Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS), networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP), and monitoring tools like Nagios or Zabbix.
- Familiarity with cloud fundamentals (IaaS, basic VM management) and remote access tools (SSH, RDP).
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hands-on infrastructure support with exposure to multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficient in troubleshooting and managing IT infrastructure spanning networks, endpoints, and cloud environments at foundational level.
- Able to follow and document SOPs clearly and operate within a structured IT support and escalation framework.
