About This Role
- Own technical delivery of Salesforce custom development, integrations, and data migration for strategic initiatives.
- Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure high-quality production code.
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions involving declarative design, Apex, Lightning, and integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, LWC, Aura, Apex, and Flows.
- Understanding of AI tooling and Salesforce AI Agentforce concepts.
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain relevant certifications upon hire.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing scalable, performance-driven Salesforce architectures handling large data volumes and complex integrations.
- Skilled in troubleshooting at both client and Apex layers, with knowledge of platform security and authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
- Familiar with release and deployment best practices including CI/CD and enterprise pipeline setups, capable of working in global, cross-functional teams on strategic programs.
