About This Role
- Manage physical security operations across multiple Salesforce Bangalore office locations including guarding, access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident response.
- Lead on-site security supervisors and third-party vendors while ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal security policies.
- Conduct regular security assessments, manage incident documentation and escalation, prepare KPIs and reports, and deliver security training and employee engagement programs in India.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in corporate/physical security operations in multinational or tech environment.
- Experience managing security vendors and personnel, with knowledge of Indian security regulations and law enforcement liaison.
- Proficiency in security incident/case management systems and technology such as Tableau dashboards.
- Must be based locally in Bangalore with willingness to travel across India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders including Facilities, ES, IT, and Legal.
- Strong crisis management and communication skills with ability to handle emergencies and provide timely guidance.
- Knowledge of executive protection, security operations technology, and large-scale event security management in corporate environments.
