About This Role
- Build, automate, and run the Cloud and On-Prem SAP infrastructure platform using infrastructure-as-code and AI-assisted engineering to ensure repeatable, secure, and reliable provisioning.
- Engineer platform reliability by defining Service Level Objectives (SLOs), implementing observability, automating toil reduction, and integrating/managing partner-delivered components to meet the platform standards.
- Mentor and lead engineers including external partners, set engineering standards, manage technical debt, and contribute engineering-driven priorities to platform backlog aligned with platform outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 15 years overall experience with 8-10 years in cloud and SAP infrastructure, including minimum 2 years as senior technical lead.
- Strong experience with SAP infrastructure hosted on Azure, Google Cloud, and VMware environments.
- Hands-on expertise in infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes, and AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Degree in technology or engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience; relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications are desirable.

- Proven track record of delivering self-service infrastructure platforms adopted without heavy support, emphasizing automation-first and secure-by-default engineering.
- Experienced in managing complex cloud SAP infrastructure platforms integrating both internal and third-party engineering teams.
- Strong technical leadership with discipline in code review, mentorship, and a strategic mindset towards platform reliability, observability, and technical debt visibility.
