About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services and APIs, including database schema and query optimization.
- Contribute to system design discussions, performance tuning, troubleshooting production issues, and mentoring junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and apply best practices including automated testing and CI/CD.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Java development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (BE/ME, B Tech/M Tech, MCA, MCS)
- Mandatory work from Pune office; immediate joiners preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Java, object-oriented programming, SQL (Oracle preferred), and supply chain management domain knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise software development or consulting, preferably in supply chain planning or forecasting.
- Demonstrates hands-on expertise with relational databases, enterprise integration protocols (SOAP, REST), and web technologies including ReactJS.
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization, and adopting emerging technologies including AI/ML and intelligent automation.
