About This Role
- Develop, deploy, and support CAD (Computer-Aided Design) solutions specifically for BackEnd Digital Chip Design across the company’s portfolio.
- Own segments of the global CAD solution and lead worldwide customer engagement and support, including follow-ups and feature/model development.
- Develop, debug, and maintain AI/ML technologies integrated with industry-leading EDA tools for digital designs, ensuring measurable improvements in PPA (Power, Performance, Area) and productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- BTech/MTech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 15+ years of experience in AI/ML software/model development involving collaboration with design/EDA/CAD teams.
- Proficient in programming and scripting languages: Tcl, Perl, Python for developing AI/ML tools in digital design flow (RTL to GDS).
- Strong understanding of digital implementation and signoff methodologies for MCU and HPC designs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing AI Agents, Agentic AI, GenAI, and ML solutions applied to chip design automation.
- Skilled at coordinating and collaborating with global teams, offshore/outsourcing partners, and managing vendor escalations.
- Able to propose innovative, leading-edge CAD and AI/ML solutions with a practical focus on end-user experience and measurable chip design productivity gains.
