About This Role
- Own strategic design initiatives for AI assistant experiences within Slack and Microsoft Teams, shaping product direction and innovation.
- Define end-to-end user experiences and interaction patterns across AI assistant surfaces in collaboration with global teams.
- Provide design leadership and mentorship, ensuring alignment with broader assistant strategy and elevating design quality organization-wide.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant product design experience.
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-product design initiatives influencing product strategy.
- Strong hands-on design skills including concept creation, prototyping, and detailed specification development.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in product design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing AI-powered products, collaboration tools, or enterprise workflows, preferably with familiarity of Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- Capable of navigating ambiguity and balancing user needs with platform constraints within global, multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven mentor who drives higher standards in product design and can communicate design decisions effectively across stakeholders.
