About This Role
- Design and iterate end-to-end interaction and visual solutions for complex, multi-step enterprise platform workflows.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into scalable, reusable, and intuitive product UX designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver engineering-ready specifications and interactive prototypes across distributed global teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional product UX design experience.
- Mandatory portfolio showing shipped, engineering-implemented digital product work with end-to-end ownership.
- Proficiency in Figma for production-ready design assets and component specifications.
- Must demonstrate good connectivity to AWS WorkSpace region by completing a connectivity test and submitting screenshot evidence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience designing complex platform products, administrative dashboards, or configuration interfaces is preferred.
- Strong capability to work asynchronously and communicate design rationale clearly across time zones including US, JST, and IST.
- Proven track record of deep collaboration with product management and engineering teams through to production release.
