About This Role
- Own the product line's strategy, roadmap, delivery, and customer outcomes within the Microsoft 365 suite flagship app.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, research, and customers to define and deliver innovative AI-powered productivity solutions.
- Manage and develop a team of product managers, ensuring alignment, resource allocation, and professional growth.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years, including product management and development roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of major product areas including strategy, delivery, and impact measurement.
- Experience engaging senior customers and cross-group influence without formal authority across multiple teams.
- Demonstrated application of AI in product management practices and data-driven decision-making.
