About This Role
- Lead and manage agile development ceremonies and backlog for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear task ownership and project timelines.
- Translate high-level product requirements into detailed engineering guidelines, scope projects, and provide high-level estimations.
- Serve as single point of contact for project status, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and maintaining master project schedules with engineering.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management; at least 2 years as a Product Owner in B2B/SaaS organizations.
- At least 2 years of experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with project management and software development tools such as Jira, Word, Excel, and/or Project.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing enterprise-scale software projects in a B2B/SaaS environment with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at coordinating complex initiatives involving engineering, design, and product teams with global collaboration tools.
- Demonstrates strong operational focus on backlog prioritization, project scheduling, and engineering task definition to drive timely delivery.
