About This Role
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams delivering data and analytics solutions using SAP, HANA, and related platforms.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and track Agile metrics to ensure progress, unblock teams, and align with stakeholder priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement by guiding backlog refinement, capacity planning, and breaking down work into manageable components.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as Scrum Master focused on SAP, HANA, and Data & Analytics.
- Solid understanding of Scrum practices, Agile principles, and ability to track team velocity and set sprint goals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work globally with flexible hours as needed.
- Employment type: Full-Time, Work location: Remote.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile-Scrum methodology with ability to manage multiple teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong familiarity with SAP data and analytics platforms like SAP ECC, IBP, BOBJ, Databricks, Tableau.
- Skilled at fostering team collaboration, removing blockers, and maintaining focus on business value delivery rather than just task completion.
