About This Role
- Own end-to-end user experience design for assigned client products, translating unclear business goals into measurable solutions.
- Plan and execute user research, rapid prototyping, usability testing, and maintain design systems aligned with development code.
- Lead UX for complex multi-product engagements, mentor designers, govern design systems, and represent UX in strategic client conversations.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent education+experience combination.
- Proven UX/Product Design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design and reasoning.
- Proficiency in Figma (components, variables, tokens) and experience building design systems mapped to code.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; strong user-centered design, research, usability testing, and accessibility standards expertise.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced handling complex, multi-product client engagements with ownership of design direction and key decisions.
- Skilled in integrating AI tools into the design workflow for faster iteration without quality loss.
- Capable of managing design teams, scoping work, building client trust, and defining success metrics based on data and research.
