About This Role
- Lead technical development and operational processes for Exposure Management across infrastructure, cloud, applications, containers, and modern environments.
- Define risk-based prioritization methodologies, technical standards, and integrate security assessments into DevSecOps workflows.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and serve as escalation point to enhance Managed Security Services and improve overall exposure management maturity.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years cybersecurity experience including vulnerability management, security engineering, cloud or application security.
- 6+ years hands-on with enterprise security assessment and Exposure Management tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7).
- On-site presence required 3 days per week at Bangalore office.
- Experience with cloud security posture tools (e.g., Wiz, Prisma Cloud) and application security technologies is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior technical leader capable of leading complex initiatives without direct management authority.
- Deep expertise in risk-based vulnerability prioritization combining severity, asset criticality, threat intelligence, and business context.
- Proven ability to collaborate across security, infrastructure, cloud, application, DevOps, and architecture teams with strong client communication skills.
