About This Role
- Own and execute complex accounting processes and analyses to support business decision-making.
- Lead implementation of corporate-wide accounting processes and systems improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies through development, maintenance, and communication of procedures, and provide mentorship within the department.
Minimum Requirements
- Associates degree strongly preferred; BCom + MBA/M.Com knowledge mentioned but not mandatory.
- Typically 4+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in an accounting environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP is mandatory.
- Role requires working in a hybrid model with approximately 2 days per week onsite at an HPE office.

- Experienced finance professional with significant exposure to complex accounting and transactional analysis.
- Capable of leading process improvements and system implementations within corporate finance functions.
- Comfortable working flexible shifts aligned with American business hours and mentoring junior team members.
