About This Role
- Manage end-to-end settlement and reconciliation for fixed income and money market instruments ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines and internal controls.
- Coordinate with counterparties and internal teams to resolve trade exceptions and ensure timely settlements and accurate regulatory reporting.
- Oversee operational aspects of Primary Dealership activities including auction participation, underwriting, valuation, and trade lifecycle management.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Treasury Operations focused on fixed income and money market instruments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or professional certifications (CA, FRM, CFA) preferred.
- Hands-on experience with treasury market applications like NDS, CROMS, E-KUBER, CBRICS, and FTrac.
- Strong knowledge of RBI regulations, SGL/CSGL processes, and regulatory reporting requirements for treasury operations.

- Experienced in Primary Dealership operations including auction bidding, underwriting, and settlement management.
- Proficient in fixed income securities valuation techniques and treasury management systems with advanced Excel skills.
