About This Role
- Lead presales activities including solution demos, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, and proposal development.
- Act as Solution Architect for Workday implementations, designing end-to-end solutions aligned with client business objectives.
- Serve as CoE Lead to establish best practices, reusable tools, delivery methodologies, and mentor consultants enhancing solution quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience across multiple functional modules with configuration and design expertise.
- Overall 10+ years of professional experience with proven presales and solution architecture in consulting or professional services.
- Workday certification(s) in one or more modules preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in consulting environments with strong presales and enterprise transformation exposure.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement in Workday solution delivery.
- Deep functional knowledge across Workday HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
