About This Role
- Own daily invoice production and review activities for multiple global business lines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoice deliverables.
- Manage invoicing tasks including Out of Pocket Expenses (OOPS) billing and specific responsibility for State Street Global Advisors’ invoice production and review.
- Drive process improvements within the billing function and measure performance against goals to enhance efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance mandatory.
- 2 to 8 years of experience working with invoices in a global billing function at a large financial services institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
- Knowledge of billing systems and conceptual understanding of financial architecture (GL, sub-GL technology).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with billing methods related to Custody services, Sub custodian, trust services, out pocket expense billing, and asset management across multiple geographies.
- Demonstrates independent decision-making skills and ownership mindset managing end-to-end invoicing activities under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical ability to summarize complex financial transactions and implement process improvements in a fast-paced global billing environment.
