About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale payment software components within the Payments To Go (P2Go) platform.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents including root cause analysis and long-term fixes for customer-reported issues.
- Participate actively in Agile delivery processes, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives such as automation and modernization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of software development experience.
- Strong Java development skills including Spring Boot/Framework, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL and database development, Git, and Linux environment experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experienced in developing production-level financial services or payment processing software with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Ability to handle production support and troubleshooting complex technical issues independently while collaborating across teams.
- Comfortable driving automation, modernization, and cross-functional Agile delivery in a fast-paced, critical payments environment.
