About This Role
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a local portfolio of suppliers focused on cost efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.
- Drive supplier performance improvements and continuous optimization in areas such as quality, cost, delivery, and security.
- Act as local escalation point for poor delivery performance and participate in new product introduction projects and supplier quality activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Production Technology, Logistics, or High School with minimum 7 years sourcing or relevant supply chain experience.
- Work experience from sourcing or relevant supply chain role mandatory.
- Ability to manage and develop supplier relationships.
- Willingness to travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates a track record of delivering on commitments and effectively connecting with all organizational levels.
- Analytical, data-driven operator comfortable with supplier performance management.
- Experience with ERP systems like Oracle preferred, knowledge of Oracle BIOPROD ERP or Magic PDM is a plus.
