About This Role
- Lead technical design, development, and maintenance of the Oracle EBS Service Contracts module (OKS).
- Act as liaison among business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, and IT teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
- Provide Level 3 production support, root cause analysis, and continuous process optimization for Oracle Service Contracts and integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years total IT experience with emphasis on Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.1/R12.2) technical development.
- 3+ years dedicated technical experience with Oracle Service Contracts and surrounding service modules.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (B.E./B.Tech).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher/XML Publisher, RICE Objects, Workflow or OAF.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and integrating interfaces between Oracle Service Contracts and other modules like Oracle CPQ, Order Management, AR, and AP.
- Able to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions with good collaboration skills between business analysts and architecture teams.
- Comfortable working with and promoting use of AI tools and new technologies for technical tasks and automation.
