About This Role
- Drive strategic implementation and optimization of global Oracle Incentive Compensation platform aligning with business strategy.
- Define and maintain product roadmap, manage backlog, and lead UAT to ensure accuracy and high-impact automated compensation solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and IT to translate complex compensation plans into functional system requirements and ensure seamless data flow and governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis with Oracle Incentive Compensation/Sales Planning suite.
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Incentive Compensation including Rules engine, Plan components, Credits, and Payouts.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira and managing product backlog.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in relevant domain (Product Ownership or Business Analysis with Oracle Incentive Compensation).
