About This Role
- Lead design, development, integration, and support of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components, Apex code, Salesforce Flows, and APIs while implementing AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
- Manage Salesforce platform security models, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate globally to support platform enhancements and release management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 6+ years of IT experience with 5+ years specifically in Salesforce development.
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, API integrations (REST/SOAP), and security model implementation.
- Experience with Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum environments, and Salesforce deployment tools.
