About This Role
- Lead design, development, and modernization of Java-based microservices applications with focus on scalable, secure architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure engineering quality across backend developers and SDET engineers.
- Manage regional deployments, oversee CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes container orchestration, and production troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on Java backend development.
- Advanced proficiency in Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent), and REST API design.
- Location: Pune; Work Mode: Hybrid.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader with proven skills in solution design and coordinating multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong background in cloud-native application development, containerization, and production-grade microservices.
- Familiarity with financial services or digital payments domains is a plus but not mandatory.
