About This Role
- Lead full lifecycle delivery for complex government software implementations, including data migration, configuration, testing, and user enablement.
- Own end-to-end customer data migration processes with advanced database schema mapping, ETL configuration, scripting, and data validation ensuring audit-ready accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers, perform configuration and data reviews, and improve implementation standards, playbooks, and tooling to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of experience in software implementation, data migration, or technical consulting with enterprise or SaaS products.
- 5+ years hands-on SQL scripting experience including complex queries and data reconciliation.
- 3+ years scripting experience in Python or similar for automation and data processing.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
