About This Role
- Own end-to-end data migration, configuration, and testing for complex OpenGov cloud software implementations across US government clients.
- Lead requirements validation, advanced data transformation/scripting (ETL), and platform setup to ensure accurate, scalable, and audit-ready deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers, review team configuration and data work, and improve implementation standards and delivery quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 9 years experience in software implementation, data migration, or technical consulting, preferably with enterprise/SaaS products.
- 5+ years hands-on SQL scripting including complex queries, data transformation, and reconciliation.
- 3+ years Python or similar scripting experience for automation and data processing.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations for public sector or similarly complex clients.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with deep expertise in SQL, Python scripting, and ETL processes involving database schema mapping and performance tuning.
- Experience mentoring technical teams and driving process improvements to enhance implementation quality and efficiency.
