About This Role
- Own end-to-end deployment of OpenGov cloud software for government clients including product configuration and customer data migration.
- Confirm customer requirements, configure and test platform, migrate and validate data, and train users to ensure successful implementation from kickoff to go-live.
- Manage database schema, ETL processes, scripting, and troubleshoot issues to deliver accurate, validated configurations maximizing customer product value.
Minimum Requirements
- 0 to 1 year experience in SQL scripting.
- 0 to 1 year experience in Python or similar scripting languages.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills including advanced functions like v-lookup and pivot tables.
- Work Experience Required: 0 to 1 year in relevant scripting and data configuration roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically proficient in database schema management, ETL, and scripting with a capacity to handle detailed data validation and manipulation.
- Capable of working directly with government finance and IT stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor during software implementation.
- Comfortable adapting to rapidly changing products and customer needs in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
