About This Role
- Lead end-to-end data migration, configuration, and testing of OpenGov cloud software for complex government implementations in the U.S.
- Own technical quality assurance through configuration and data reviews, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with customer requirements prior to go-live.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive process and tooling improvements to enhance implementation delivery quality and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software implementation, data migration, or technical consulting with enterprise or SaaS products.
- 3+ years hands-on SQL scripting experience, including complex queries, transformation, and reconciliation.
- 2+ years Python or similar scripting experience for automation and data processing.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex government or public sector software implementations involving data migration at scale.
- Strong database and ETL expertise with ability to translate customer workflows into scalable technical solutions.
- Capable of guiding cross-functional teams and customers, with a consultative approach and experience mentoring junior talent.
