About This Role
- Lead end-to-end data migration, configuration, and testing for complex government software implementations across multiple clients in the U.S.
- Serve as primary technical liaison for government stakeholders, ensuring deployment quality and adherence to customer requirements with scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive improvements in technical standards, reusable tools, and process automation to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 9 years of experience in software implementation, data migration, or technical consulting, preferably with enterprise or SaaS products.
- 5+ years of hands-on SQL scripting and 3+ years of Python or similar scripting experience for automation and data processing.
- Deep experience with database technologies, ETL, data migration concepts/tools, schema design, and performance considerations.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
