About This Role
- Lead end-to-end data migration, configuration, testing, and deployment of OpenGov cloud software for complex government implementations in the U.S.
- Validate and reconcile data migrations ensuring completeness, accuracy, and audit-readiness; review configurations to align with requirements and best practices before go-live.
- Serve as primary technical liaison for government stakeholders; mentor junior engineers and improve implementation standards and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 9 years of experience in software implementation, data migration, or technical consulting with enterprise or SaaS products.
- 5+ years hands-on SQL scripting experience including complex queries and data transformations.
- 3+ years of Python or similar scripting experience for automation and data processing.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering complex, large-scale government software implementations end to end with strong expertise in data migration and ETL.
- Comfortable operating as a trusted technical advisor to government customers and collaborating with cross-functional internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior technical team members and drive process and quality improvements in implementation delivery.
