About This Role
- Lead full lifecycle data migration, platform configuration, and testing for complex government cloud software implementations across the United States.
- Own end-to-end customer data migration including database schema mapping, ETL configuration, scripting, and validation to ensure accurate, audit-ready data.
- Serve as primary technical advisor to government stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and drive improvements in implementation quality and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of experience in software implementation, data migration, or technical consulting, preferably with enterprise or SaaS products.
- 5+ years of hands-on SQL scripting experience including complex queries, transformation, and reconciliation.
- 3+ years of Python or similar scripting experience for automation and data processing.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.

- Strong expertise in data migration, ETL, database schema design, and performance optimization in complex software deployments.
- Experienced at handling end-to-end technical delivery and mentoring less-experienced engineers in implementation settings.
- Capable of managing multifaceted government client relationships and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
