About This Role
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including detection, analysis, and escalation within a 24/7 team shift model.
- Manage security tools lifecycle including deployment, patching, tuning, and incident handling across infrastructure and applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, automate processes for incident response, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
- Moderate experience in Security technologies (Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy) and SOC/CSIRT operations, including end-to-end incident handling.
- Working knowledge of SIEM and security tools; moderate experience in configuring/managing controls like Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, UTM, Proxy, SOAR, HoneyPots.
- On-site work requirement.

- Experienced in security engineering with practical knowledge of security architecture and diverse security technologies.
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment with rotational shifts and incident escalation processes.
- Skilled in client technical support, troubleshooting, and remote security technology management, demonstrating problem-solving capabilities.
