About This Role
- Provide hands-on operational support for Levi’s Enterprise Cloud Services on Azure and Google Cloud, including monitoring, incident response, and routine administration.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code and automation scripts (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python), and improve CI/CD and GitOps workflows.
- Support containerized workloads with Kubernetes services (AKS/GKE), maintain observability and security practices, and apply FinOps and AI/automation tools to optimize cloud operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure support, production operations, systems administration, DevOps, or site reliability.
- Hands-on experience with Azure or Google Cloud; associate-level certification preferred.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Bash, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins (minimum two), and familiarity with containers/Kubernetes basics.

- Operates independently within established cloud architectures and runs operational tasks with end-to-end accountability including incident management and automation improvements.
- Comfortable collaborating across diverse technical teams including application, security, networking, and vendors globally.
- Strategically applies foundational DevSecOps, FinOps, and AI/AIOps practices to improve reliability, security, and cost efficiency of cloud services.
