About This Role
- Own end-to-end technical leadership and execution for Levi's consumer mobile app, including architecture, tooling, and release management.
- Lead full lifecycle development with a DevOps mindset: writing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining production mobile app code.
- Drive technical vision, code quality, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years professional software development experience with strong mobile app development expertise.
- Hands-on experience with React Native and native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) fundamentals.
- Experience leading technical direction and delivery for consumer-facing mobile apps, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Work Location: Bengaluru, India; Full-time role; Work experience Requirement: 8+ years explicit.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, elevating technical skills and enforcing best practices.
- Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful/GraphQL APIs and composable commerce platforms.
- Familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane), performance monitoring (Firebase Crashlytics, Datadog), and use of AI tools to improve development quality.
