About This Role
- Define and execute end-to-end frontend strategy, architecture, and roadmap for Zendesk Admin Experience.
- Lead and deliver major cross-team frontend initiatives, including coding and establishing reusable components and platform capabilities.
- Improve frontend performance, reliability, accessibility, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and developer productivity tooling.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with deep frontend product development expertise.
- Proficiency in Javascript/TypeScript, React, GraphQL, frontend architecture, and modern web standards.
- Must be physically located in and able to work from Karnataka or Maharashtra with hybrid onsite requirements.
- Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale UI initiatives and cross-functional projects from discovery to delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level frontend engineering leader with strong product thinking and system design skills.
- Experienced in delivering scalable, reliable, and accessible enterprise SaaS frontend experiences.
- Able to influence senior leaders and align distributed teams without direct authority.
