About This Role
- Own the technical architecture and platform capabilities of the ServiceNow ecosystem, driving standardization and best practices across the platform.
- Lead multi-project lifecycle management including deployment planning, execution, and cross-project alignment within ServiceNow solutions.
- Evaluate business needs and design technical solutions ensuring architecture controls, security, and governance adherence for complex ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory).
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform including scripting, configuration, design, deployment and integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub).
- Certified in ServiceNow Administration and/or Development; ITIL v3/v4 certification.
- Experience working in global IT environments with vendor management and service delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL), and proficiency with ServiceNow modules like CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, IRM, and Security Operations.
