About This Role
- Maintain, configure, and support mainframe z/OS environments including installation, patching, and performance optimization.
- Diagnose and resolve system failures, job abends, and performance issues; support disaster recovery and resilience efforts.
- Contribute to mainframe migration and modernization initiatives and participate in 24/7 on-call production support.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Mainframe z/OS system programming experience including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Experience with SYSRES builds, PTF application, license key updates, and product maintenance on z/OS 3.1 and IBM z16.
- Working knowledge of GDPS, disaster recovery including flip-and-stay, and participation in 24/7 on-call rotations.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in mainframe z/OS system programming.
