About This Role
- Develop and deliver software solutions across backend, frontend, and integration layers that support Business Banking digital experiences and services.
- Contribute to architectural design, implement robust APIs and microservices, and maintain high-quality codebases following modern engineering and DevSecOps practices.
- Experiment with emerging AI-assisted engineering tools and cloud services (AWS mandatory), mentor junior engineers, and support cross-functional team collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- 11+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, .NET, TypeScript, or Go.
- Strong knowledge in microservices, event-driven architectures, React.js, TypeScript, OOP, Domain-Driven Design, and cloud-native development with mandatory AWS experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable, maintainable systems using modern microservices and frontend engineering principles in a large organization.
- Capable of influencing architecture and engineering standards and driving engineering excellence within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Comfortable working with and experimenting on cloud native platforms (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker) and integrating AI-powered tooling in the development process.
