About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of global SAP Finance solutions, focusing on Record-to-Report processes and SAP S/4HANA transition.
- Accountable for developing and governing scalable, compliant finance templates aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
- Provide L3 support, ensure SAP system stability, and govern solution changes throughout delivery lifecycle including global releases and transformation programs.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 12 years IT experience with 8+ years in SAP full-cycle ERP implementations and global template deployments.
- Deep functional expertise in SAP Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO-PC, CO-PA, and integration with SD, MM, PP.
- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 or later, Universal Journal, SAP HANA/S4HANA exposure preferred.
- Role based in Pune under hybrid work model; SAP certification preferred; Work Experience Required: Explicitly 12+ years in IT with 8+ years SAP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large-scale, multinational SAP finance transformation and template design programs.
- Expertise in end-to-end finance process design and governance across complex environments with cross-functional and cross-geography teams.
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as Medical Devices or Life Sciences and strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
