About This Role
- Perform and coordinate loan asset administration including asset setup, maintenance, reconciliation, trade entry, and processing agent notices.
- Prepare and conduct daily cash and position reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and escalating aged breaks over 7 days.
- Support Middle Office Manager in work delegation, training, and development of direct reports and new joiners.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in loan administration operations with knowledge of CLOs, CDOs, and Credit Funds.
- Experience using Solvas tool (CDO-Suite) required.
- Understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements (DTCC & Euroclear), and various security types including Private Debt, Syndicated Loans, Bonds, etc.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex loan administration within structured finance products like CLOs and CDOs.
- Capable of detailed reconciliation work and managing aged breaks efficiently in high-volume operations.
- Able to support managerial functions such as task delegation and training, indicating readiness for senior or lead analyst roles.
