About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data engineering, analytics, and platform initiatives from design through production.
- Manage and mentor a team of data engineers to ensure technical excellence and accountability.
- Oversee architecture and implementation of scalable data integration layers, enterprise data warehouses, semantic models, and analytics applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of work experience in data engineering or related field.
- Strong skills in Python, Advanced SQL, Airflow, Spark, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks) and data pipeline ETL/ELT processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution; location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building data applications, semantic models, and data integration layers within enterprise environments.
- Capable of technical oversight including pipeline design reviews, architecture discussions, and engineering estimate challenges.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration involving Data Scientists, Architects, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to align technical delivery with business goals.
