About This Role
- Accountable for delivering transactional, batch and self-serve data solutions to internal and external customers within SLA timelines.
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation and batch order fulfillment ensuring high quality outputs to support client credit decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements, handle queries and complaints, and adhere to KPI metrics for batch fulfilment service excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, or equivalent field with strong academic record.
- Strong coding and programming skills in SQL and Python required to support migration initiatives.
- Willingness to work US shift timings; primary location Chennai.
