About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and architectures using Spark, PySpark, and Python.
- Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, ensuring technical guidance and performance management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical data solutions and deliver projects on time and budget.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience specializing in data services, data architecture, and data platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with data engineering technologies, specifically Spark, PySpark, and Python.
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MBA in relevant field.
- Preferred experience with cloud-native data engineering platforms such as Databricks, Azure Data Engineering, or AWS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record leading data engineering engagements and teams involving scalable data pipelines.
- Experience working with cloud services and implementing best practices in data engineering including code review and testing.
- Capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver data engineering solutions aligned to business requirements.
