About This Role
- Process daily confirmations and settlements for FX, Rates, and Credit derivatives to ensure accuracy and timeliness within a risk-controlled environment.
- Manage and resolve exceptions related to confirmations and settlements, escalating key issues or anomalies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet service level agreements and support group initiatives and projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate preferably in Commerce or Economics.
- Maximum 1 year of work experience in Investment Banking or Hedge Fund Administration.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Flexibility to work in shifts based on business requirements.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and service commitment relevant to trade settlement processes.
- Capable of identifying and developing strong working relationships with stakeholders to facilitate communication and timely deliverables.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows while applying ethical judgment in data and AI use.
