About This Role
- Manage and ensure accurate and timely daily confirmation execution and trade settlement activities for FX, Rates, and Credit derivatives within a risk-controlled environment.
- Handle and resolve exception items by follow-up and escalation of key issues or anomalies.
- Facilitate projects, group initiatives, and continuous process improvements to standardize and optimize workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate preferably in Commerce or Economics.
- Maximum 1 year of work experience in Investment Banking or hedge fund administration.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication.
- Flexibility to work in shifts based on business requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical skills with detail orientation and ability to manage service commitments in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or willingness to leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and optimize workflows.
- Ability to foster and maintain effective communication and collaboration across internal and external teams to meet service level agreements.
