About This Role
- Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure ensuring availability, performance, and operational continuity, including Windows Server, networking, endpoint management, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Act as Business Information Security Officer (BISO) coordinating between business, IT infrastructure teams, and central InfoSec to implement security policies, manage risks, monitor compliance, and support audits.
- Lead security incident coordination, risk assessments, security exception governance, and support business continuity and disaster recovery from an information security perspective.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total IT experience with approximately 10 years in enterprise IT infrastructure operations and minimum 2-3 years in IT security or BISO-related activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline required.
- Hands-on expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls), endpoint management, and cloud fundamentals (preferably Azure or AWS).
- Relevant security governance experience including risk assessment, compliance monitoring, audit support, and knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST CSF frameworks.

- Experienced in managing complex, multi-location enterprise IT infrastructure environments with integrated security governance.
- Skilled at cross-functional coordination among IT infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, service providers, and central security functions especially in security risk and incident management.
- Familiar with security standards, frameworks, and operationalizing InfoSec requirements into infrastructure management and business processes.
