About This Role
- Execute automation projects ensuring system reliability and compliance with engineering standards.
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs to manage schedules, resolve challenges, and plan hardware redundancy for continuous operations.
- Develop monitoring programs for obsolescence, implement upgrades, standardize configurations, and support complex troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Graduation in Electronics, Electrical, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field mandatory.
- 3+ to 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of automation systems including PLC, SCADA, DCS and familiarity with GAMP, ISA standards.
- Experience with vendor coordination and engineering validation processes required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting automation systems in injectable manufacturing or similar regulated environments.
- Exposure to validation activities ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
- Ability to integrate automation solutions with manufacturing processes like MES, batch control, and safety interlocks.
