About This Role
- Lead and manage programs for clients/brands to accelerate growth in sales and distribution metrics within the Oil and Gas offline transactions segment.
- Provide guidance and oversee team efforts to ensure effective and efficient execution using appropriate resource utilization.
- Hire, build, and define sales force structure and training programs to support business growth and meet sales objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in distribution sales within fintech, banking sales, or EDC sales.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of local language required.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client interaction and industry events.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and scaling sales teams with a focus on distribution and fintech or related sectors.
- Capable of independently driving sales strategies and managing client relationships in an offline merchant acquisition context.
- Skilled in communication, presentation, and relationship-building specific to sales and merchant education on payment solutions (EDC).
